Hi, I'm Adam Beranek.
I've mixed audio on tour, led as a worship pastor, operated services as a technical director, coached ministry leaders, and integrated AVL systems from the ground up. So when your stream drops mid-service or a volunteer quits over burnout, I've been on both sides of that problem. I help churches build teams that don't burn out, systems that don't break on Sunday, and rooms that finally look and sound like they should.
